AstroPay has become a payment platform with a great number of available options to deposit to your AstroPay account.
Follow these steps to deposit using AstroPay:
Mobile users:
1. Log in to your Betcris account
2. Click on the ‘Main Menu’, in the upper left side of your screen, and then on ‘Cashier’
3. Select ‘Deposit’ → ‘AstroPay’
4. Enter the deposit amount and click on ‘Next’
5. Continue the process in the webpage that the system redirects you to
6. Enter your phone number registered in your AstroPay account
7. Choose the payment method; it can be a voucher or the available balance in your account
8. Confirm your deposit.
Desktop users:
1. Log in to your Betcris account
2. Click on the ‘Cashier’ in the upper side of your screen
3. Select ‘Deposit’ → ‘AstroPay’
4. Enter the deposit amount and click on ‘Next’
5. Continue the process in the webpage that the system redirects you to
6. Enter your phone number registered in your AstroPay account
7. Choose the payment method; it can be a voucher or the available balance in your account
8. Confirm your deposit.
Done! The deposited amount will be immediately added to your Betcris account.
IMPORTANT:
You need to download and enable the AstroPay app. The options available in the App only allow you to reload the funds available in your AstroPay app, or acquire the vouchers to make the deposit, but they are not direct deposit options to your Betcris account.
Take into account that the availability of deposit methods is subject to changes based on location and other factors. We recommend you to always check the Cashier to know which options are available for you.
