Betcris Arena - Terms & Conditions

The Betcris Arena Loyalty Program consists of 12 levels, which the Participants may advance by accumulating various types of points they will earn according to their gaming activity.

The accumulation of points will also earn the Participant various benefits, such as reload bonuses, free plays, cash in their account, and others.

Points

Betcris Points (BP):

  • Points granted when the Participant places bets.
  • This type of points can be exchanged in the Betcris Arena store.
  • Equivalence: 1 BP= USD$1 or its equivalent in local currency.
  • These points expire 365 days after their creation.
  • When the Participant requests a self-exclusion period, their accumulated Betcris Points will not expire during that period.

Experience Points (XP):

  • These are the points that determine participants advancing from one level to another.
  • They cannot be exchanged and are granted when the Participant completes challenges or places bets.
  • Equivalence: 1 XP = USD$1 or its equivalent in local currency.
  • These points do not have an expiration date.

The number of accumulated points will depend on the type of game, the bet placed and the completed challenge, keeping in mind the following exceptions:

  1. Bets on horses do not accumulate Betcris or Experience points; however, they grant a daily cash refund of up to 8%, if the bet wins or loses.
  2. Bets placed with Free Plays do not generate Betcris or Experience Points, and both Free Play and House Rules apply.
  3. Making deposits does not generate Betcris Points.
  4. Opting for special lines is not available for the Dominican Republic since due to the country’s regulations, -130 lines always apply to these customers in Parlays.
  5. Bets placed on baseball money lines will accumulate Betcris Points but will not receive any additional percentage discount.
  6. Live bets placed will accumulate Betcris Points but will not receive any additional percentage discount.

Benefits

The Betcris Arena Store is the interface section where the Participant can exchange his Betcris Points for different benefits. By selecting each benefit, the system will display a pop-up window, indicating the amount of Points that will be exchanged, as well as the confirmation of the transaction.

Free Plays:

These are regular Free Plays reflected in American dollars or their equivalent in your local currency.

Available options and their equivalents in Betcris points:

  • Free Plays USD$2: 400 Betcris Points
  • Free Plays USD$5: 1.000 Betcris Points
  • Free Plays USD$10: 2.000 Betcris Points
  • Free Plays USD$25: 5.000 Betcris Points
  • Free Plays USD$50: 10.000 Betcris Points
  • Free Plays USD$100: 20.000 Betcris Points
  • Free Plays USD$250: 55.000 Betcris Points
  • Free Plays USD$500: 110.000 Betcris Points

In order to exchange them, the customer must enter Betcris Arena and select one of the available options on the Free Plays menu. By selecting it, the system will display a pop-up window that will indicate the amount to be exchanged and the confirmation of the exchange.

Cash:

This is money credited to the Participant's Betcris account, which does not have any type of restriction.

  • USD$2 in cash: 800 Betcris Points
  • USD$5 in cash: 2.000 Betcris Points
  • USD$10 in cash: 4.000 Betcris Points
  • USD$25 in cash: 10.000 Betcris Points
  • USD$50 in cash: 20.000 Betcris Points
  • USD$100 in cash: 40.000 Betcris Points
  • USD$250 in cash: 125.000 Betcris Points
  • USD$500 in cash: 250.000 Betcris Points

Consumable Benefits:

These benefits will be released in the Betcris Arena Store as the Participant advances in levels.

Available options:

  • Courtesy Betcris Points gift: Courtesy gift with a surprise amount of Betcris points.
  • Betcris Points x3: The Participant triples points on their next two bets after claiming the benefit.
  • 20% Bonus on sports betting up to USD50 (3X)*: 20% deposit bonus up to USD$50 or its equivalent in your local currency, with a 3X rollover (deposits made through authorized distribution agents do not qualify).
  • 20% Bonus on sports betting up to USD500 (5X)*: 20% deposit bonus up to USD$500 or its equivalent in your local currency, with a 5X rollover (deposits made through authorized distribution agents do not qualify).
  • 20% Bonus on sports betting up to USD750 (5X)*: 20% deposit bonus up to USD$750 or its equivalent in your local currency, with a 5X rollover (deposits made through authorized distribution agents do not qualify). 
     
    * Deposit bonuses only apply to ONE deposit made.

Program Levels:

Once the Participant has reached a certain number of points, he can advance to another level. The Betcris Arena Loyalty Program automatically starts at the Beginner Level and the Participant will stay on this level until they place their first bet that is part of the Program.

The Participants may monitor their progress and the remaining BPs they need to advance to a level through a ‘progress bar’ which will be displayed on the program interface.

2- 20% Reload bonus (bonus maximum of USD$50 or its equivalent in local currency, 3X rollover, only applicable on sports betting, not applicable on casino or horses)

3- Possibility of buying surprise gifts and Free Plays.

 The Participant reaches this level by accumulating 451 Experience Points.
4 - Warrior

1- Courtesy Betcris Points gift for changing level

2- Triples Betcris Points on the following two bets (maximum 100 Betcris Points per bet)

3- Possibility of buying surprise gifts and Free Plays.

 The Participant reaches this level by accumulating 1,501 Experience Points.
5 - Knight

1- Courtesy Betcris Points gift for changing level

2- Triple Betcris Points on the following two bets (maximum 100 Betcris Points per bet)

3- Possibility of buying surprise gifts and Free Plays.

 The Participant reaches this level by accumulating 3,001 Experience Points.
6 - Victor

1- Triple Betcris Points on the following two bets (maximum 100 Betcris Points per bet)

2- Option of exchanging points for cash credited in the sports betting account

3- Possibility of buying surprise gifts and Free Plays.

 The Participant reaches this level by accumulating 6,001 Experience Points.
7 - Undefeated

1- Triple Betcris Points on the following two bets (maximum 250 Betcris Points per bet)

2- Option of exchanging points for cash credited into the sports betting account

3- Possibility of buying surprise gifts and Free Plays.

 The Participant reaches this level by accumulating 12,001 Experience Points.
8 - Conqueror

1- Triple Betcris Points on the following two bets (maximum 250 Betcris Points per bet).

2- Option of exchanging points for cash credited into the sports betting account

3- Possibility of buying surprise gifts and Free Plays.

 The Participant reaches this level by accumulating 24,001 Experience Points.
9 - Master

1- Triple Betcris Points on the following two bets (maximum 250 Betcris Points per bet)

2- Option of exchanging points for cash credited into the sports betting account

3- Possibility of buying surprise gifts and Free Plays.

 The Participant reaches this level by accumulating 48,001 Experience Points.

 

Special Levels

Starting from the Expert level, the Participant is given the option to choose special lines or continue accumulating points.

Once the Participant has opted for ‘Special lines’, he will automatically stop accumulating points and will not be able to revert to -110 lines on this level or the following ones. It should also be considered that once the Participant has opted for special lines, the Betcris Points accumulated up to this point cannot be redeemed. 

If the Participant chooses to continue accumulating points, he will keep the benefit of exchanging them for different options in the Betcris Arena store.

10 - Expert

1- Automatic benefit: 20% Reload bonus (maximum bonus of USD$500 or its equivalent in your local currency, 5X rollover, only applicable on sports betting, not applicable on casino or horses).

2- If special lines are opted for, the stipulated ‘special line’ on this level is -108.

 The Participant reaches this level by accumulating 96,001 Experience Points.
11 - Hero

1- Automatic benefit: 20% Reload bonus (maximum bonus of USD$750 or its equivalent in your local currency, 5X rollover, only applicable on sports betting, not applicable on casino or horses).

2- If special lines are opted for, the stipulated ‘special line’ on this level is -107.

 The Participant reaches this level by accumulating 192,001 Experience Points.
12 - Legend

1- Automatic benefit: 20% Reload bonus (maximum bonus of USD$1000 or its equivalent in your local currency, 5X rollover, only applicable on sports betting, not applicable on casino or horses).

2- If special lines are opted for, the stipulated ‘special line’ on this level is -106.

 The Participant reaches this level by accumulating 300,001 Experience Points.

 

Challenges:

The Betcris Arena Loyalty Program includes a series of Challenges which, once completed, will earn Experience Points for the Participants (they do not grant Betcris Points). The Participants may choose to complete all the Challenges available from the start of the program; there is no restriction about the period the Participants must invest to complete the Challenges.

Challenges are classified according to the amount of Experience Points they grant.

Challenges Status:

The challenges can be classified into four statuses:

  • In Progress: All the challenges begin with this status from the Apprentice level.
  • Claimable: It is activated once the challenge requirements have been 100% completed and the bet has been qualified.
  • Completed: When the requirements of the challenge have been completed and the prize has been claimed, the status changes to ‘completed’.
  • Expired: They are the special challenges that have a specific period to be completed.

When the Challenges have been completed, the system will automatically credit the corresponding Experience Points. To claim these points, the Participant must activate them in the ‘Challenges’ section by clicking on the selected Challenge icon.

50 Experience Points Category

 

First bet placed on Horse races

 

The first bet placed on Horses regardless of the bet type selected.
  1. This challenge is only valid for the first bet on horses placed after launching the Betcris Arena program. 
  2. There are no restrictions regarding the type of bet the customer wishes to place.
  3. It is only applicable for bets placed with cash. Bets placed with free plays or other kinds of credit are not applicable. 
  4. The minimum bet is USD$1 or its equivalent in your local currency.

First bet placed on e-Sports

 

The first bet on e-Sports placed in the Betcris account regardless of the type of e-Sport selected.
  1. This challenge is only valid for the first bet on e-Sports placed after launching the Betcris Arena program.
  2. It is only applicable for bets placed before the game. 
  3. The bet must be a Direct one (not applicable for Combined bets).
  4. The bet placed cannot be the first one completed in the customer's Betcris account.
  5. It is only applicable for bets placed with cash. Bets placed with free plays or other kinds of credit are not applicable.
  6. The minimum bet is USD$1 or its equivalent in your local currency.
75 Experience Points Category

First Cryptocurrency deposit

 

First deposit made using bitcoins or any other cryptocurrency as the deposit method.

 

 
  1. This challenge is only valid for the first cryptocurrency deposit made after launching the Betcris Arena program. 
  2. Previous deposits made with a different method, or cryptocurrency deposits made before launching the challenge, are not applicable.
  3. Once the deposit has been verified and reflected in the Betcris account, the status of the challenge will change to Claimable. 
  4. The minimum deposit amount is the one stipulated in the Betcris cashier.

100 Experience Points Category

 

First Live bet:

 

The first live bet placed in the Betcris account regardless of the type of bet selected.
  1. This challenge is only valid for the first Live bet placed after launching the Betcris Arena program. 
  2. The bet must be a Direct one (not applicable for combined bets).
  3. The bet placed cannot be the first one completed in the customer's Betcris account.
  4. It is only applicable for bets placed with cash. Bets placed with other kinds of credit are not applicable. 
  5. The minimum bet is USD$1 or its equivalent in your local currency.

‘Bets for Points’ Category

 

This type of challenge is cumulative, which means that each challenge will show an advance from the number of bets placed in the previous challenge.

 

First 5 bets

 

Once the Participant chooses this challenge, his first 5 bets will earn 50 Experience Points.
  1. This challenge is only valid for the first 5 bets placed after the launch of the Betcris Arena program. The challenges are cumulative; the rules and minimum wagering amounts of each previously completed multi-bet challenge apply to the sum of the new challenges to be completed.
  2. They may be placed on any kind of betting and sport, regardless of their outcome.
  3. It is only applicable for bets placed with cash.
  4. Bets placed with free plays or other kinds of credit are not applicable.
  5. The minimum bet is USD$1 or its equivalent in your local currency.
  6. Canceled or deleted bets do not apply for the final count.
  7. It is not applicable to duplicate bets (making exactly the same selection more than once).

First 10 bets:

 

Once the Participant completes his first 10 bets, he will be granted 100 Experience Points.

 
  1. This challenge is only valid for the first 10 bets placed after launching the Betcris Arena program. The challenges are cumulative; the rules and minimum wagering amounts of each previously completed multi-bet challenge apply to the sum of the new challenges to be completed.
  2. They may be placed on any kind of betting and sport, regardless of their outcome.
