Which currencies are accepted by Betcris?
We count with multiple currencies such as Euros, Pounds, American Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Swedish Krona, Norwegian Krones, Mexican Pesos, Quetzales, and others. At the time of registration, you can select the currency available according to your country. Please note, once the account has been opened, the currency cannot be changed.
Do I have to pay taxes for the money I won in Betcris?
Betcris does not report information regarding our customers’ activities. It is your responsibility to declare any winnings or losses to the respective tax entity of your country.
How do I deposit funds in my account?
Betcris offers a variety of deposit methods. For a full list of said methods, visit our Deposit section in our Help Center. Any deposit method that you want to use must be on your behalf.
Additionally, we have different agencies where you can make your transactions. Both deposits and withdrawals can be made in different Betcris agencies in your country, if available. If you need more information, you can always contact our Customer Care team.
Is there any charge for using my credit/ debit card?
There is no extra charge for using your credit or debit card on Betcris. All the transactions are handled as a regular purchase, and we assume any additional processing cost.
We recommend you to always verify with your card issuer if international or other fees apply.
Why was my deposit rejected?
- This may be due to different reasons including:
- Insufficient funds in your card
- Your card does not allow international purchases or at gambling sites
- Incorrect card information, such as owner’s name, expiration date, or security code (CVV)
- The company policies do not allow cards under third-party names
We always recommend you communicate with the card issuer to make sure the card used does not have any restrictions.
Why is my deposit not accredited yet?
This may be due to different reasons, including:
- It is in progress and will be checked soon to be accredited
- It corresponds to a bank transfer, please report your deposit through the cashier online
- It is a Safety Pay deposit, kindly remember once you make the deposit, you can take 30-60 minutes to be accredited automatically; however, if after this time has not been accredited or you have used an expired, repeated or incorrect code, or the deposited amount is incorrect or less than $20 (or its equivalent in your local currency), please contact our Customer Care team.

How do I withdraw my winnings?
Betcris will always attempt to send your funds back using the same method used to deposit. Any additional amount of the original deposit may be processed through a different method available on our cashier online. For more information about our Withdrawal Policies click here.
Additionally, you may also withdraw in one of our physical Betcris agencies.
Why is my withdrawal not accredited yet?
This may be due to different reasons, including:
- The withdrawal request may still be under review
- The withdrawal may be delayed depending on the method used and your bank response speed
- The withdrawal was sent to a VISA debit or credit card, and it may take up to 30minutes for the funds to be accredited to your card (where the option is available).
Verify all the above reasons and, if the problem persists, please contact our Customer Care team available 24/7.
Why was my withdrawal rejected?
This may be due to different reasons, including:
- Card withdrawals (where allowed) must always be made to VISA cards
- The verification and attachment of your documents needs to be done through the virtual Cashier
- The verification process of your document(s) may have been rejected
- The previous deposit has not been 100% played
- 24 hours have not passed since your last deposit.
Remember that, if you deposited using an eWallet, you must withdraw the money using the same wallet.
