The payment method verification process helps us ensure there is a real person behind every account, as well as the legitimacy of the funds used to bet.
Completing the payment method verification process on your Betcris account is very easy. Simply:
Log into your Betcris account and click on the person icon:
Mobile users: on the bottom of the Cashier, and then on “Document Verification”:
Desktop users: on the top right corner of the Cashier, and then on “Document Verification” icon:
Start your verification by selecting the ‘DOCUMENT VERIFICATION’ tab, and then selecting ‘Proof of address’ from the drop-down menu:
Then click on ‘Start’:
Then click on ‘Browse’ and search for the image in your computer. Once selected, click on ´Finish´:
What documents can I send?
You may attach an image of your payment method, with the following requirements:
Credit or debit cards: the image must show your name and the expire date of the document, and the digits of the card must be covered to shown only the first 6 and the last 4 digits*:
* Important: do not send the back of the card, nor the security code in the back of the card (CVV code).
Bank Statement: the image must show the name of the bank, your name, and the transaction made on your Betcris account, including the transaction descriptor and the date of the transaction. We do not need to see your personal details such as account balance, other transactions, or any other detail that we have not already mentioned:
E-Wallets: a screenshot or screen capture that shows, where possible>
- The account number or email registered to the wallet
- Your name.
- The URL or web address of the website when the image was taken.
- If you made a deposit with this e-Wallet, it is possible that you must send a proof of such transaction.
