To report missing or duplicate transactions, you must send us a bank statement that must clearly show the charge(s) either as processed or as posted. Unfortunately, we cannot receive reports of pending transactions or transactions in another status.
Reporting such transactions is very simple. simply:
Step 1
Log into your Betcris account and go to the Cashier:
Mobile users: Click the Main Menu at the top left of your screen, and then select the Cashier option:
Desktop User: At the top of the screen:
Step 2
Click on your account icon:
Mobile users: At the bottom of the Cashier, and then click on “Document Verification”:
Desktop users: On the top right corner of the Cashier, and then click on “Document Verification” icon:
Select the "Other Documents" option and carefully read the instructions to report the transaction through an image of your bank statement, and click "Start".
Step 3
Select the card used to make the transaction you will report, and click on "Continue":

Step 4
Select, from the drop-down menu, the correct option for reporting your transaction, and then click "Continue":

Follow the instructions on image preparation, and select the "Upload bank statement" option to send an image of the image. Once the image is selected, you can click on the "Send" option:

The cashier will tell you the status of your document, if you check the "History":
