To report missing or duplicate transactions, you need to attach a bank statement that clearly shows the charge(s) either as processed or posted. Unfortunately, we cannot consider pending transactions or in any other status.
Reporting said transactions is really simple. You just need to follow these steps:
Mobile users:
1. Log in to your Betcris account
2. Click on the ‘Main Menu’, in the upper left side of your screen, and then on ‘Cashier’
3. Select your ‘Account’ icon in the upper side of your screen
4. Click on ‘Document Verification’ in the bottom side of the Cashier
5. Select ‘Other Documents’, follow the instructions to report your transaction, and click on ‘Start’
6. Choose the card you want to report the transaction from and click on ‘Continue’
7. Select the reason of your report from the dropdown list; it can be Duplicate charge, Payment rejected but processed by the bank or Additional overcharge on your deposit, and click on ‘Continue’
8. Click on ‘Upload bank statement’, attach the document and click on ‘Send’
9. Verify the ‘History’, the Cashier will indicate the status of your document.
Desktop users:
1. Log in to your Betcris account
2. Click on the ‘Cashier’ in the upper side of your screen
3. Select your ‘Account’ icon in the upper side of your screen
4. Click on ‘Document Verification’ in the bottom side of the Cashier
5. Select ‘Other Documents’, follow the instructions to report your transaction, and click on ‘Start’
6. Choose the card you want to report the transaction from and click on ‘Continue’
7. Select the reason of your report from the dropdown list; it can be Duplicate charge, Payment rejected but processed by the bank or Additional overcharge on your deposit, and click on ‘Continue’
8. Click on ‘Upload the bank statement’, attach the document and click on ‘Send’
9. Verify the ‘History’, the Cashier will indicate the status of your document.
IMPORTANT:
This verification will only appear in your Cashier if you already registered a credit or debit card.
