Log into your Betcris account and go to the Cashier:
Mobile users: Click the Main Menu at the top left of your screen, and then select the Cashier option:

In the "Deposits" section, click on the "Bank Transfer" option and then select your preferred bank to make the deposit:
Use the information provided by the cashier to place it on your banking platform screen when you make the transfer; Once the deposit is made on your banking platform, you can report it to Betcris by clicking on the "Report Deposit" button:
Fill in the requested fields with your deposit information, click on the "Load receipt" option, where you can select the image from your PC or mobile, and finally click "Report":
What information should my bank deposit receipt include?
The bank deposit receipt must show WITHOUT EXCEPTION:
- Customer's first and last name (if the printed receipt does not allow it, you must enter the Betcris account name and number on the paper).
- Receiving bank or beneficiary.
- Transfer value.
- Date and time of transfer.
- Reference number or receipt number.
