If you forgot your user or account number, first go to Betcris homepage, and then,
Mobile users:
1. Click on ‘Login to your account’ and then on ‘Can't access your account?’
2. Select ‘I don’t remember my account ID’, and then enter the email you used when registering your Betcris account
3. Click on 'Send my account number'.
Desktop users:
1. Click on ‘Can't access your account’ in the upper-right side of your screen.
2. Select ‘I don’t remember my account ID’, and then enter the email you used when registering your Betcris account
3. Click on 'Send my account number'.
The instructions for recovering your account will be sent to the email you entered. Follow them to access your account and continue enjoying Betcris.
