4. Click on the ‘Documents Verification’ icon in the bottom side of the Cashier
5. Select ‘Document Verification’ and then ‘E wallet Verification’
6. Follow the instructions about the image preparation and click on ‘Start’
7. Click on the charts ‘E-wallet Screenshot’ and ‘Public Service Receipt’, attach the documents, and click on ‘Send’
8. Verify the ‘History’, the Cashier will indicate the status of your document.
Desktop users:
1. Log in to your Betcris account
2. Click on the ‘Cashier’ in the upper side of your screen
3. Select your ‘Account’ icon in the upper side of your screen
4. Click on the ‘Documents Verification’ icon in the bottom side of the Cashier
5. Select ‘Document Verification’ and then ‘E wallet Verification’
6. Follow the instructions about the image preparation and click on ‘Start’

8. Verify the ‘History’, the Cashier will indicate the status of your document.

You can send a screenshot or capture that shows, where allowed, the following information:
- Your information such as the account number or email registered in the service used
- Your name
- The URL of the website the moment you took the screenshot
- Proof of your transaction if you have made one with this e-wallet.
