The process of updating your personal data helps us to ensure that there is a real person behind each account, as well as the legitimacy of the funds used to bet.
Completing your personal data update is really simple. You just need to follow these steps:
Mobile users:
1. Log in to your Betcris account
2. Click on the ‘Main Menu’, in the upper left side of your screen, and then on ‘Cashier’
3. Select your ‘Account’ icon in the upper side of your screen
4. Click on the ‘Documents Verification’ icon in the bottom side of the Cashier
5. Select the option ‘Update information’, follow the instructions about the preparation of the image and click on ‘Start’
6. Choose the information that you want to update, either email, phone number, physical address or name, and then click on ‘Continue’
7. Enter the updated information and click on ‘Continue’
8. Click on the identity document or the proof of address charts, attach your image and click on ‘Send’
9. Verify the ‘History’, the Cashier will indicate the status of your document.
Desktop users:
1. Log in to your Betcris account
2. Click on the ‘Cashier’ in the upper side of your screen
3. Select your ‘Account’ icon in the upper side of your screen
4. Click on the ‘Documents Verification’ icon in the bottom side of the Cashier
5. Select the option ‘Update information’, follow the instructions about the preparation of the image and click on ‘Start’
6. Choose the information that you want to update, either email, phone number, physical address or name and then click on ‘Continue’
7. Enter the updated information and click on ‘Continue’
8. Click on the identity document or the proof of address charts, attach your image and click on ‘Send’
9. Verify the ‘History’, the Cashier will indicate the status of your document.
IMPORTANT:
To update your information, you must have completed the identity verification process.
