The process of updating your personal data helps us ensure that there is a real person behind each account, as well as the legality of the funds used to bet.
***To update your information, you must have completed the identity verification process first.
How do I update my account details?
Updating your information is very simple, just follow these steps:
Log into your Betcris account and go to the Cashier:
Mobile users: Click the Main Menu at the top left of your screen, and then select the Cashier option:
Desktop User: At the top of the screen:
Click on your account icon:
Mobile users: At the bottom of the Cashier, and then click on “Document Verification”:
Desktop users: On the top right corner of the Cashier, and then click on “Document Verification” icon:
Select the option "Update personal info":
Follow the instructions to prepare the image, and then click on "Start" to update any of the following details: email, phone number, physical home address, or your name. Click on the detail you want to update, to enable the “continue” button:
You will now be able to enter the new data and click "Continue", so that you can attach an identity document as a backup of this information update. You can only click the "Submit" button until you have selected an image of your ID to attach:
The cashier will tell you the status of your document if you check the "History":
